GoHighLevel (GHL) Review | The Best CRM for Lead Generation Agencies

James Dooley: Go High Level review. Today I'm joined with Kasra Dash and we're going to be talking about why we genuinely believe that GoHigh Level is the best CRM software that there is. It's very important for myself to make certain that all my clients that are taking high quality leads are converting them. The speed to lead is important. Making certain that they're nurturing those leads and warming those leads up to get the best conversion rates matters a lot for me because a lot of my lead generation strategies are based on no win no fee and a commission based lead generation service. So let me kick things off, Kasra. First and foremost, why do you feel that GoHigh Level is the best CRM software there is out there?

Kasra Dash: I think the first thing that comes to mind is obviously price. As a small to medium sized business, you don't want to be spending two, three thousand a month every month on CRM, email lists, text messages, all that stuff. And usually when you try to go too cheap, you do end up spending a lot more on ActiveCampaign for your emails, then maybe a software for your WhatsApp, then another software for website builders and page builders and stuff like that. The good thing about Go High Level is everything that I've just mentioned is under the bonnet and a lot more as well. They've got AI agents, they've got website builders, they've even got review gathering software as well. Even now I'm just thinking in my head, a lot of those softwares that I've mentioned, if you were to go and buy those individually month by month, it's just going to start stacking up.

James Dooley: Yeah, for sure. For me, when I'm looking at the review of Go High Level, I'm thinking to myself I probably only use about 20% of the capabilities of what it can be and every single week that goes by I'm amazed by extra features that are coming in and improvements that they're making. But for me, the biggest one was how many different pieces of software my clients were using. You had Unbounce where people were building pages for PPC campaigns and Facebook ads campaigns to get that CRO. I actually love the page builder that's within Go High Level. I think it's very easy to use. It's very easy to sync up with the multi step forms, which I absolutely love as well. I think the multi step forms are brilliant because you're not asking for 20 different things straight away. You might get people saying I'm not willing to fill this in. When it's multi step, you're kind of gamifying it slightly, which I love. Then the fact that it's got WhatsApp integration, SMS integration, you're not needing a different setup for email like mail merge and all the other tools that you could be using. Then the whole CRM system being in one place to make certain that you can track everything from end to end. I've named a few things there with regards to why in my review of Go High Level I think it's the best CRM software. Price being one, but the main thing is all together. It just makes it so simple for business owners to be able to follow everything through. Do you want to do some screen sharing of what you're using it for and why you think Go High Level is the best CRM software?

Kasra Dash: Yeah, sure. So this is my dashboard. When you have conversations with people, I won't go into conversations because I'll probably break some GDPR policy on that. But let's say, for example, if I contact James on WhatsApp, it'll show in there. It will also show if I contact him on Facebook or on email as well. Your contacts, whenever somebody fills in a contact form or maybe they ping you on WhatsApp, it even syncs up to your Instagram page and your Facebook page. Everything is just central. Everything gets added as a contact. A few of the things that I can show you guys is the AI agents. So you can create voice agents. Let's say for example you're a restaurant and you want to take bookings. You can literally just train up the voice agent and say Monday to Friday we're open from 9am till 9pm, these are how many tables we've got, and it basically just trains off that. Or you could even have it as just a collector. So let's say your office is open from 9am till 5pm, but you want that AI agent to collect people's information after 5pm. From 5pm till 9am when nobody's in the office, this does that. You can literally just train it and say these are the three things that I need. I need the person's name, their email and their telephone. That's the three things.

James Dooley: Let me just stop you on that with regards to the AI voice agent. We ran a load of tests. Anyone who's watching this, we had so many clients that were open 9 till 5 Monday to Thursday and 9 till 1 on a Friday in the finance sector. We then had to send all telephone numbers and calls to an overflow call centre and we were split testing in the Philippines and in South Africa. It was a 24/7 phone line. When we moved to Go High Level AI voice agent, not only did it cost us a lot less, but actually conversion was really good. All we needed to do was train the AI agent on fact finding. Just give me the name, the basic information, the telephone number, the email. It was able to get that information out of hours, which a lot of the time seemed to be wasted. Then when the employees came back in on a Monday morning at 9am, they came back to a load of non wasted enquiries where they could start phoning out. Not only that, as it started to come through when they got the email, they could do follow up on the fly to start fact finding and getting more information. The fact finding and the overflow call centre from these AI voice agents has been absolutely transformational for a lot of clients.

Kasra Dash: Previously you would have done nothing with the lead. At least now even if it's a 30% increase, it's better than nothing. That's the voice AI. It's also got a conversation AI. I know that a lot of small businesses like the little chat bots. You can again train up the AI. What this does is it will scan your website. You give it the URL of your website. It will go out, read the homepage content, if you've got an about page it will read that. It will try to understand as much information as possible about your company. Then it's like right, what key points do you want me to get from that person? Do you want their email, their telephone, their budget? It's actually very natural sounding. It doesn't just force you and say hey James, what's your name? What's your telephone? It will say hey James, I've got that information, you're looking for a new patio door by the way can I just get your telephone in case we get cut off? It's very natural sounding. It's actually quite incredible what they've done there. That's the AI agent stuff. You've also got the knowledge base. That's basically the brains of it all. Then you've got the marketing side. This is your social media planner. You can send emails from here. You've got countdown timers. Let's say you've got a special Black Friday offer, two for one doors or whatever you sell. You can have countdown offers which will increase conversion rate on your website. You've then got the automation flows which is personally what I use the most. If you were to go to my own website, kasradash.com for example, you'll see that I use this quite often with email captures. I'll have a contact form to subscribe to the newsletter. When they subscribe, they'll get entered into my mailing list and accepted into the flow. I've got about three and a half to four thousand emails in there. You've then got websites. This is what James was talking about. You can create certain websites. For someone that's not a web designer and doesn't have much knowledge, you can very quickly throw up a fairly decent website or web page relatively quickly. You've got multi step forms as well. I ask quite a lot of questions before people contact me. It just gets rid of a lot of tyre kickers and people that are wanting freebies. I ask when are you looking to start? Immediately, one month, three months. That's usually a good indication of if they're a tyre kicker or not. Then I ask for details like email, best contact number, first name. You've also got memberships which is their school equivalent. You've got reputation which is the review software. After you've fitted James's patio door, you can grab a URL and ask James for a review on your Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, whatever. Then you've got app reporting and it integrates into a lot of different apps as well. You can integrate this into Make, console data and so many automations and apps.

James Dooley: I just want to expand on a success story that we've had. I invested in a sports betting brand about two years ago and we wanted to be omnipresent with regards to marketing. We didn't just want to get them through the door on Twitter, which we had a massive following on. We wanted to get the email and send the daily newsletter out. We wanted to grow social media following on all platforms. We wanted to push Telegram, push the YouTube videos that we were creating and then get people on WhatsApp and SMS as well. The big bit we realised was if you can tag people up within the CRM system that they like video or they don't like video, we were able on email to only send to people that wanted to see longer form and wanted to see video. The tagging up within the CRM system was huge. Some people hated email, emails might have been going into spam. Their preferred communication was WhatsApp. We were able to send the videos on WhatsApp and photos of certain sports betting tips each day because that's where their preferred methodology was. A lot of other tipsters would only send on Telegram and people would say I don't even use Telegram. We were able to change the systems for what the users wanted and that's helped us grow so much. A lot of other CRM systems weren't able to do it. When I invested in the company, they were using all sorts of software. Having it all into one place was much better for us in the UK for GDPR purposes as well because it locks it all together. We've never looked back since going over to Go High Level.
